Acceptance of order
The contract in respect of the products supplied by Lullaboo Baby to The Customer comes into existence when your order has been accepted by Lullaboo baby. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via this website does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Your right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery.
Please note that if your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the delivery and return costs will be at the customers expense.

Delivery of goods - Local to Lullaboo Baby
All Deliveries made within a 20 mile radius of Lullaboo Baby (deeside) will be made by us and will be free from charge. We will contact the customer and arrange a convenient time to make the delivery. We will also set up the products at your home and if needed install any relevant products such as carseats.

Delivery of goods - not Local to Lullaboo Baby
All deliveries made outside a 20 mile radius of Lullaboo Baby, we will use a courier to make delivery to the customer and the courier will not be able to install, setup or demonstrate any of our products. We will contact the customer and arrange a convenient time to make the delivery. Delivery will be chargeable unless a basket subtotal of £399 is reached.

If no-one is at home when the courier attempts delivery, the courier may deliver to a neighbour and leave an advice note or they will leave a calling card and you will be able to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. Clear details of this will be on the 'sorry we missed you' card that will be left by the courier.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver, your order will be returned to Lullaboo baby. We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery which will be chargeable at the couriers rate. If the order is cancelled by the customer a closing administration charge of 10% of the order total or £50 whichever is less will be deducted from the refund. 

Wrong Delivery Address entered by the Customer.
If the customer provides a wrong delivery address and the goods are signed for by another party, Lullaboo baby cannot & will not be held responsible for any losses that this may incur.

Returns
You may of course return any unused items purchased from Lullaboo Baby within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for an RMA number within this period and then return within 7 days of the RMA being issued.

Please note - We cannot accept returns without the customers contact details being included because we will not know who has sent it to us. Returns sent without an RMA number will take much longer to process.

Product Guarantee
All items purchased from Lullaboo Baby are covered by a 12 months guarantee.
We will exchange any product that develops a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase.
If the product develops a manufacturing fault after the initial 28 days but within the guarantee period, we will send the product back to the manufacturer for repair/replacement or send spare parts free of charge.

Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee.
If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights

We reserve the right to alter and change product specifications without prior notice.
All sizes, weights & descritions should be used as a guide only, and are may be approximate.
Colour images used on the website are approximate due to the limitations of photographics and calibrations of different output devices. A name given to a product is not an indication of the colour.

Availability
All goods are subject to availability. If sold out, we will notify you and confirm delivery lead time. You will have the option of changing or cancelling parts or all of your order.

Wood is a natural product and the grain and finish will vary from piece to piece.
